Contact me within 24 hours of receiving order if damaged. I will not refund any money once you have received the item and it has been in your possession for three days or more. Please be sure to contact me the day you receive your item if you are not happy.
 
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR PERSONLIZED ITEMS.

Please check your monograms and spelling.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect monograms or spelling. If by chance we have made the mistake, we will work to make it correct.

If the item is sent back by the Post Office for an incorrect address of any fault, the customer must pay to have the item sent back. It is not our responsibility to know where a package must go, it is the customers responsibility to make sure that all addresses are correct. 

If there is a problem please message us to make sure BEFORE it ships. We also ship to ONLY the address given to us through PayPal and the address given at check out.

Please make sure your address is CORRECT!

Each purchase and situation is different. We will try to resolve any issue with in reason!

I ship through USPS with delivery confirmation. I will send you a tracking number the same day that your order was shipped. This allows you to track your package after it has left my hands.

** I am not responsible for any damaged/lost packages. I do my best to ensure that it's in the best condition possible when it leaves my hands but it is out of my control once I have shipped out your package(s).
